I attended Wimbledon School of Art and graduated as a mature student with a Degree in Fine Art Sculpture. I like to work predominantly with clay and other malleable materials as it gives me greater control. I then cast my work as limited editions in bronze or metal resins.
I have succesfully exhibited in Galleries and prestigeous Gardens across London, Surrey, Suffolk and Norfolk, My work is in private collections across Europe and The United States and have completed several commisions in the UK. I am a proud member of a Society of Artists in Surrey.
Previously I have managed multiple exhibitions at Denbies Wine Estate and RHS Hyde Hall, but these days, you will find me at the end of the Society’s contact form and, if you phone the number provided, well that’s me too. It’s good to be involved, to know that I can give back, even from deepest darkest Norfolk.
A figurative artist. In part I am Inspired by prehistoric art and mythology, where my work aims to express a sense of emotion, or spirit, of a time and place which is intentionally ambiguous. Whilst another part of me is not so serious and, once in a while, some humorous character will escape through my fingertips
